In this module I am going to introduce you to the Clean & Lean Revolution System eating plan, which foods are in and which foods should be minimized. I am also going to debunk quite a few of the widely held beliefs around food and diet.

This is the longest of all the modules, because really, how can I cover the topic of nutrition in five minutes? This is one of the most important modules to watch – I hope that you enjoy it!
