Healthy whole foods eating can be fun, delicious AND easy! Quickly create a meal plan using one of these Foundations – Build Your Own Meal Plan templates AND you get to choose your favorite dinner recipes. The goal here is minimal cooking and maximum enjoyment.
Step One: Pick your Foundations – Build Your Own Meal Plan template (meal plan, breakfast and some lunch recipes and shopping list is included with each Foundations template)
Step Two: Open the meal plan to see the instructions on how many dinner recipes/ servings you will need to make
Step Three: Pick your favorite dinner recipes from the RECIPE section
For example, in the Green Smoothie & Mason Jar Salad Meal Plan, you will see instructions to ‘Pick three dinner recipes that offer seven servings.’
Once you pick your Foundations – Build Your Own Meal Plan template, look for these instructions and then visit the RECIPE section to pick your dinner recipes.
You will cook only three nights with this meal plan!
