Four Week Meal Plans

 
The four week meal plans are based on the meal plans offered during the All-Site Challenge.

The Meal Plans are focused on healthy whole foods.
The meal plans provide 1420 calories a day.

The weekly plans are meant to be done in succession (you will use
extra servings of meals made in week one, during week two).

These meal plans include:

  • Four Weeks of Meal Plans AND Options to Customize this Plan to Meet Your Needs
  • Weekly Green Smoothie Meal Replacement Recipes and Guidelines
  • 1-3 day Juice Fast (During Third and Fourth Week of Challenge – Optional)

* The April 2013 Challenge is a full week of cooking. These are the most intensive of the four week meal plans. The recipes are also among the most highly praised on the site!
