How to Soak Cashews

HOW TO SOAK CASHEWS

SOAK TIME: 2-2.5 HOURS

PLACE  in a large glass bowl or mason jar, and cover with warm, filtered water (about a 2:1 ratio) and about ½ tsp sea salt. Cover with a light cloth for 2-2.5 hours.

RINSE cashews thoroughly and drain.

USE for snacking, or in baked goods or savory dishes. You now have soaked cashews to use in any of these recipes:

Regular and Thick Chashew Cream

Cream of Mushroom Soup

Curry Ranch Dressing

No Bake Raw Pie

Spiced Cashew Cream with Fruit
