So, How Are You Sleeping?

 

SO, HOW ARE YOU SLEEPING?

Last week you created a sleep routine timeline and set reminders to help you stick with your goals. So, how are you sleeping?If you feel like you are waking feeling more rested, that is great! I encourage you to continue to work on your sleep routine moving forward.If you are having a hard time sticking with the timing of your sleep routine, assess what is getting in the way and put a plan together to address it. Remember, that you don’t need to be in bed sleeping when your wind down time approaches. This is still your time to relax and self nurture. Consider your wind down time your mini-vacation each evening!

One additional recommendation that I have for you is to incorporate sleep meditation music during your wind down time. Sleep meditation music is an instrumental that sounds like spa music. The sleep meditations on the Clean & Lean System site have been clinically proven to lower brain waves and they will help you get to sleep faster and stay asleep longer. Whether you are taking a bath or reading a book, this is wonderful background music to set the tone for restorative sleep.

You can access this through your smartphone or with a laptop. To continue with the goal of shutting off all electronics, simply turn the screen away from you so don’t see the light from the screen.
