WHY SHEDDING POUNDS SHOULD BE THE LAST GOAL ON YOUR LISTWeight loss is often a top goal of my clients. This is a goal that we discuss at length. Focusing solely on weight loss causes too much anxiety and it places too much emphasis on weight.

If you only focus on weight loss, then you are on a diet and the only goal is to shed pounds. At this point, the habits don’t matter. You’ll find more and more ways to try to force the weight off. This will only lead to regaining the weight.
