Today you’ll start the Week Three Meal Plans. All packaged in tasty quick prep meals and snacks! I hope that you enjoy the variety of color, texture and taste!

This week you will make one of my favorite Mason jar salads Arugula Pesto Quinoa salad. This shows you just how versatile you can get with Mason jar salads! Another quick and favorite ‘go-to’ is Prosciutto Wrapped Dijon Chicken Parchment Paper Chicken. I like this one because chicken doesn’t brown when cooked in parchment paper. Wrapping with prosciutto helps to give the chicken more flavor.
